Damaged or Malfunctioning Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, it may be eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of purchase. To address this issue:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or videos of the damaged or malfunctioning product may also be required.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or arranging a replacement.

Services

All sales of service packages are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to treatments, consultations, and other service-related offerings.
