Shipping Rates

We currently ship to U.S. residents only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on rates provided by USPS through Shopify Shipping.
Shipping rates vary depending on the distance between your shipping address and our location.

Shipping Time

Our team works hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. While we aim to ship sooner, please allow up to 5 business days during peak periods or for larger orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on USPS shipping options selected at checkout and may vary based on your location.
Please note that delays caused by USPS or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Order Issues and Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed or you encounter issues with shipping, please contact our customer service team at oc@egrari.com or 425.827.7878 for assistance.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
During our events, some products may sell out due to high demand. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, it will be shipped as soon as it is restocked.
Shipping for all event orders will begin the week following the event. We appreciate your patience as we work to process and fulfill your orders promptly.

Additional Information

Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and major events).
We currently do not ship internationally.
