Thank you for subscribing to Egrari. By enrolling in our subscription or membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Service and this Subscription and Membership Policy.

2. Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription or membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis.
  • At each renewal, your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription or membership products or services, including applicable shipping and handling fees.
  • Recurring charges will continue until you cancel or modify your subscription or membership.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You have the flexibility to manage your subscription or membership at any time through your account. Options include:

  • Cancel: Cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.
  • Pause: Pause your subscription temporarily and resume when needed.
  • Skip: Skip a specific delivery without canceling the subscription.

To make changes:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the desired option (e.g., cancel, pause, or skip) next to the item.

4. Price Fluctuations

Some subscription plans may fluctuate in price due to changes in products selected for that particular plan or other variables. In the event of a price change:

  • You will be notified via email prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Notifications will include details of the updated pricing and any changes to the product or service.
  • You may modify or cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect by managing your subscription through your account.

5. Refunds/Exchanges

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Subscription products are non-refundable.
  • You can not exchange your subscription products for others.

6. Modifications to Your Subscription

Changes to your subscription must be completed before the next billing cycle takes effect for the upcoming renewal.

7. Shipping for Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders will be shipped according to the schedule selected during sign-up.
  • Some subscriptions have set dates.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be included in the recurring charge.

8. Product Availability

If a subscription item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified, and the item will ship as soon as it is restocked.
